the question is not about resistance...we can work around that, the question is about the fitament...

but the fuel rail is cheaper than the injectors, so it woul be better to risk the rail... rail can be free, injectors are over $300. so redrill the rail, what if you wanna return the injectors or sell them, the will be worth nothing if modified.. think about it<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Arturbo »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Plastic is easier than aluminum.</TD></TR></TABLE>

i read an article that someone took it to a machine shop, put it on a drill press and simply drilled out the fuel rail to fit.

why would you spend $300 on ford injectors to make them fit when i can get you brand new precision injectors for less than that.....even the 880cc ones. pm me and ill work out something with you.

Sounds like a much less expensive/time consuming solution to me.

I think that person was just using the money figures from the top of their head for an example... the threads creator never said how much he was getting a deal on them for.
I would say redrill the rail.
you can get a great deal on injectors from ford guys for some reason... guess all the leftovers from mustang projects.

I just bought a set of new Rc 750cc direct fit for $320, and I saw those ford ones in the picture above for $350, I would suggest getting a set o dsm 450cc, or get some rc i you want bigger than 450cc.

my roommate said that redrilling the stock rail (at least the one i have) isnt a good idea cuz there isnt much meterial there. so i will be buying a billet rail and redrilling that...
