Default throwin 2 codes after da swap is done.. HELP!!!

couple of my friends and I just finished up on my swap.

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1016296

well, da check engine is light is on and two codes were 15 and 23 which are
the ignition output sensor and a knock sensor.
my question is how can i get rid of da knock sensor?
i've read that i can just remove a pin from the ecu.. correct?
could knock sensor affect at all on my Vtec kickin in? becuz i can't really feel or hear my v-tec..
please help me out.. any kind of info would help on both of the codes..
thanks

Knock sensor won't put the engine in "limp" mode. You can either get rid of it by using the p28 ecu which doesn't use the knock sensor, or doing what i had done and wired it to the ECU.

i don't see how removing a wire from the harness is going to tell the ecu not to read a knock sensor.
