Default Headlight went dim

I have a 98 Civic...

Driving home one night the road looked a little dark. Then at a stop, looking at the rear bumper of the car in front of me I noticed that my driver side headlight was dim. The pass side had a normal output, where as the driver side was on but just very dim (looked like as if it was going to die out like you see a flash light dying out because of batteries).

I drove it the pass few nights and that driver side is still dim... what could it be?

Its found here:
Left headlight : G202 next to the washer fluid and ps fluid reservoirs next to a brown 1-pin connector

Check for corrosion.
