Default white plugs

I just changed my plugs today and they were white I know that means that Im running lean but give me some feedback on what you think I should do this is what Im running right now on my car
LS motor with I/E Skunk2 manifold MSD cap with Blaster SS coil and NGK plugs

Just fatten up the fuel end of it whether it may be fuel injectors, fuel pump, fuel rail, or a fuel pressure regulator, or by tuning a vtec controller or a programmable ecu.

Why? the odds are he had the car idling or light load before he pulled the plugs.
