helping my buddy swap a 98 gsr motor into his ek hatch...we've never done a swap, but trying ourselves and learning beats having a shop do it for a $500 install

anyway, we need a shift linkage, and people have said "any" b-series linkage will work. anyway, i found a 95 gsr shift linkage locally, but its from a 4-door. i tried searching specifically if a db8 linkage will work, but no luck. if anyone out there can shed some light on what linkages i can use, it will help us a lot...esp if i can use the one from the db8.
one more thing, can anyone verify yay or nay the necessity of the "front" tranny bracket needing to be replaced with an Si one or will the stock d-series bracket from the hatch still work? we already have the rear, driver's side mount and ac bracket ready to go...thanks fellas

Any b-series will work and YES, the front tranny bracket needs to be b-series.

go with the db8 linkage and for the front tranny, it needs to be the integra bracket
