Big Big debate about this. Some say that P13 is better for the H22a, Some say that P72 can do better. I have in the process of testing that (p28/p72 on a H22a) and see if there is a difference.

i was running a p72 before and it worked great and now im running a p73 and i think i like it a little better...altough i had an h22 chipped p28 and i think that was alot better.. but i have never tried the p13

no it wont damage the engine at all. The P72 yields more power on the top end but has a big fuel curve/ignition timing hole around 4300-5200 RPM. They say for street driving the P13 is better, but for racing the P72 is preffered.
