OBD2 swap into eg questions??
I have to put a 98+ type r obd2 swap into a eg and i want to run the obd1 harness, so that means i need to run the obd1 dist. and obd1 injectors and i'll run a kenji chipped p28 obd1..Is this right all the sensors will match except vtec and knock??
What i should really be asking is if i go with the obd2 engine harness in the eg and just run the kenji chipped obd1 ecu will the obd1 ecu conflict with the obd2 injectors and dist. and alternator...

EDIT: My fault...Integra OBD2 harness is still a one-piece design. Thought you were about to use a Civic OBD2 harness.

Well we ended up using the obd2 harness with the type r running a kenji chipped p28 everything was fine only thing is they didn't disable the vtec pressure sitch on the ecu so its looking for it, and the jdm motor don't have it, so were waiting on that....
