Default obd-1 h22a into obd-2 accord using obd-1 jumper harness?

I am trying to get some info for a friend about what is needed to put his obd-1 h22a into his obd-2 accord. He has a jumper harness to run the obd-1 ecu but as far as electronics what does he need.

It makes sense that since the distributor plugs are different (I think) and the injector plugs are different that he will need those two things and everything else should plug in, is this correct?

I would really appreciate any help you can give about doing this swap. Thanks guys.

We just threw a OBD-1 H22 into my friend's 96 OBD-2 Civic.... obviously the samething. If the H22 motor comes with it's own OBD-1 engine harness, then you're in luck and you can/need to use that (just for the plugs). Then you have a lot of wire splicing to do from the existing OBD-2 harness, matching up wires and connecting them up. That's about it and if you do it all correctly, it'll run fine.
