LS Vtec
If this has been beaten to death I'm sorry did a search and ls vtec all over the place but not very specific.
I have a Integra GS (93) with a B18A. Would like to swap the head for a B16 Vtec. A few books I read had little info. So far all ive gatherd is I need the B16 ecu, head intake manifold, thottle body, feed the vtec syloniod, and small wiring. Looking for more info/confirmations that the gernal publications may overlook. Any under-hood clearence issues. will I have to swap any pullies. I'm assuming I'll have to use the B16 timing belt. Any modification to the head like oil or coolent passeges that need to be blocked off. Any exhaust/intake routeing problems?

Re: LS Vtec (Quiz)
have you read this yet...
http://www.c-speedracing.com/howto/lsvtec/lsvtec.html
-no clearence issues
-no pulley swapping
-relocate dowel pins
-run vtec oil supply line to head and block existing passage in head http://www.c-speedracing.com/frame.html "LS/B20-VTEC hardware kit"
-run pcv system http://www.theoldone.com/components/breather/
-upgrade to gsr water pump, timing belt and oil pump
-new ls (b18a) head gasket
-chipped p28 ecu and run wires for vtec switch and vtec pressure switch
i think thats the basics. i will get corrected if i missed something.

Re: LS Vtec (Jeff C)
That is the information I was searching for. That page is now logged to a file for future reference. Thanks. Also looking for books on Honda's in general. N/A, FI, anything on modifying. Any recomendations.
