The black wire needs to be hooked up to a switched 12volt source. Somthing that gets 12volts when you turn the key on. This will send 12volts to the resistor box and then the box send .05 ohms to the injectors.

Just use any wire in your harness that has 12volts. A really easy location is just use one of the old yellow with black stripe wires that went to the stock injectors from the civic. (since you dont use those wires anymore) Its really easy, its just all the diagrams are confussing.

over on the driver side you should have a connector with a cap on it like this...

simply remove the cap and tap into any wire in there then put the cap back on... now you have the 12+v you need... HTH

yep, guys done well.

I would recommend, however, just cutting the yel/blk wires, putting the four red wires to the fuel injectors (which you knew), and junction up the other Yel/Blk wires on the engine harness (the originaly Yel/Blk wires that go to the fuel injectors), and put that one black wire to the Yel/Blk wires there.

The Yel/Blk wires already lead to the power junction harness (which is at the driver side shock tower harness), and all completes a circuit with that cap leading to the A25 sensor power pinout at the ECU.

I was making a diagram but this damn computer crashed. >;(

HTH.
