You use a search button.

But if that doesn't work, you have to get an OBD1 ECU, dist., and injectors. And you use the OBD1 wire harness as well.

What year OBD2 engine?

If it's 99-00 it will clip right in at the shock tower. If it's 96-98, you will need to convert fuel injectors and the distributor harness plug to OBD1, and adapt your factory harness, or use an OBD1 harness to the according engine.

I'm assuming that you are wanting to install a 99 Civic or Integra motor into your 92-95 Civic? If so all you need to do is use a 96-99 Integra OBDII engine harness which will plug into the 92-95 Civic cabin harness. That way the motor can be used as a complete OBDII motor and all of it's accessories. Then simply plug in an OBDI ECU and add any necessary wires that are not present.
You can also use your stock harness with OBDI injectors, distributor and ECU as well. It depends on how complete the motor is when you get as to which way would be the most efficient.
