Default Help!! Obd1 to obd2 swap problems

Ok I had a 93 d15b7 motor 5 speed and I put it in my 2000 honda civic. So I used a obd2 non vtec harness for my engine harness and I'm using a obd1a to obd2a jumper harness for my ecu. And I'm not getting any fuel pump. Fuel pump won't come on at all. And it runs if you straight wire it. And the main relay is fine so I know those are not the reasons. What could it be?

You could do what I did I had a d15b 3stage vtec 96-98 obd2a I put it into my 2000 hatch obd2b so the original harness I used a obd2a-obd2b jumper I spliced my dash plug into the obd2b plug on the jumper and used an obd2b-obd2a jumper to go back to the ecu worked great

So much easier than getting a new harness and wiring in new stuff...

Get an OBD2B engine harness. You'll have to wire up 3 wire 2 wire IACV. You'll need to put your intake air temp sensor into your intake arm or swap over a round style IAT connector to the intake manifold. I'm assuming you've swapped over your OBD2 distributor, alternator and injectors for plug and play? The rest should plug and play with some left over connectors (CKF, EVAP purge, canister purge).
