Default HELP, B18B in EJ8 throwing 5 codes

So I had this swap running in my ej6 with codes for o2 sensors and CKF. Ran the car like that for a year and it ran OK. Pulled the swap out, had it sitting for about 2 weeks, did plugs, wires, vc gasket, and put the swap into my ej8. Bolted the exhaust up and now it's throwing the previous codes, plus P0108(MAP) and P0113(IAT), and every time i open the throttle it wants to cut off. So my question is: would I be able to get away with a step down harness (obd2a to obd1) and p28 ?

I just need a yes or no, or what would be causing this. Thanks in advance.

^Fixed. You were right. Rookie mistake ._.
Still gonna run the step down harness for that crank code though. I hear they run better that way. Thanks.
