Default head porting and cleaning

I'm on a budget. anybody know what i should do to clean my head. i want to make it clean by myself, not machined. Or go to a shop and just have it port and polish? please help peeps. trying to save $$$$$$.

man if you got a dremal you got the only real tool youll need, i did my own PNP with my dremal, and then i put it on a flow/test bench to make sure everything was the same on all four, but its not really all that hard...
