Default H22 No spark

Hi guys,

I've just finished my H22 swap into my EG6 for a second time as I got sold an engine with fried piston rings.
Everythings hooked up and ready to go but I'm not getting any spark.
I've been working on the damn thing the whole day and have managed to norrow down the possibilities.

The ECU and distributor pack were working fine before the engine blew up so I'm guessing they're ok.
I'm not getting any error codes.
Fuel pump is priming when you turn the key.
I've checked all the fuses and they're ok.
I've tried different HT leads and new NGK plugs.
All earths are attached and have been cleaned.

I'm rapidly running out of ideas, could it be a faulty sensor on the new engine? Surely the engine management light would be on if it was??

We didn't test the dizzy but it worked fine with the last engine.
Its going in the shop tomorrow so hopefully they'll have more luck than we did.
