H22 going in my 93 CX, what wiring harness to use?
What is the most recommended wiring harness (for engine bay) to use with the H22 swap into an EG? I am probably going to send out the harness to hasport or whipfactory to get it modified for the h22, but even if I don't I will be modifying it myself.
I know I have to run the vtec wires and whatnot, but with my CX harness I have to also run a 4-wire O2. Would I be better off getting an EX/SI harness? They are pretty costly, but already have the Vtec wires run. Since the H22 has an IAB sensor, would I be better of getting a GSR wiring harness, or are the intake manifold sensor positions too far off?
The thing is I have found a complete DX harness for $40. I would rather modify the harness to fit the motor before the swap, that way there is less down-time on the car. I can't take out the harness, send it away to be modified, and wait for it to come back either as this is my daily driver, that's why I want to grab an extra harness for cheap. Help

ex/si is the best base IMO. Easy build, dont need to worry about the secondaries cause those should come out anyway.

Even if you use an EX/Si/VX VTEC harness, you will still need to do all of the wiring on the cabin side as well. A VTEC harness only makes connection from the sensors to the shock tower juctions, not all the way to the ECU. I would get the DX harness and use it since it has a 4 wire O2 sensor plug, wlthough the H22 swap should have some of those plugs with it. No matter which harness you use, you are going to need to extend and rewire some sensors.
