Default code 9 #1 cylinder position sensor-just did swap!!

car 93 civic cx
motor d16y8
ecu p28

swap is in and everythng wired up. the car fires up but idles like a race car or a car with a race cam in it. with the p28 it threw 0, 4, 9, 29.. so i think my ecu is phucked. so i pluged in my cx p05 ecu for comparison and it only throws code 9-no other codes!
i think that when i rewired the obd2 dizzy for obd1 i switched one or two wires?? could this be?? does anyone have a dizzy diagram?? i am in the dark here and i appreciate any help. thanks

Swap the locations of the ORG and WHT wires on the distributor... either that or swap the wires at B11 & B12. Those are your CYP wires.
