Default h22 Engine cuts out at high revs!

i've posted this here b4, but I haven't gotten any definate answers. I'll try to explain this as clearly as possible. So i put an h22 into my integra and got it up and running a few weeks ago, had a problem with the ignition coil, replaced it with another used one, it worked fine, then a week or two later, it has weird problems revving from 6000-7800. Whatever gear I'm in, it will randomly hit an imaginary rev limiter at an rpm between 6000 and above. It will complete recover and run fine it's just really annoying me. I'm getting no cel's, besides egr, grounds are all good, o and also it'l rev fine to redline if i give it half throttle, but every time I give it WOT it'l hit these imaginary rev limiters. Could it be that the ignition coil i just replaced is going bad? Please if anyone could give me a definate answer or something logical to check that would be greatly appreciated!
