H22 in EG CEL code 14 and cant rev past 2500
im throwing a code 41 (o2 sensor...not worried about that) and code 14 which is either idle air control valve IACV or bad ECM...this is an H22A4 in an EG...also having rough idle and cant rev past 22oo - 2500 rpms...any ideas on how to fix either the code 14 or the reving problem?

Test your IACV and wiring leading to sensor. Resistance at plug on IACV should be 8-15. Make sure you have voltage in the line leading to the sensor. If you do It's a junk ECU. Some $&^%$ just sold me a bad ECU and I get the same code 14. Good luck.

* Not sure about H swap but can the TPS and MAP plugs gets mixed like a Bswap? That makes horrible Idle and no revs

cleaned the mesh and switched the sensors...still having the same problems...one way my idle bounces between 500 and 800...the other way my idle bounces between 500 and 2000...found out i have a vacuum leak too...could this be the problem for my bouncy idle? what about still not being able to pass 2500 RPMs?
