vtec solenoid getting constant voltage
i need help with my 89 EF swap guys. its running obd0 pr3 ecu with apex vafc, b16a motor... the pinout a8 (vtec signal) is sending a constant 12+ volts when the car is running. whats the deal with this, anyone ever heard of it?

this pin is still putting out 12+ volts even with the key in the on position and the engine off. its pin A-8... whether running or not its still putting out twelve volts... any takers?

Some how i fixed the problem still not sure why the a8 pin was putting out 12 volts at idle but the vtec works now
