Default GSR ek wireing help

Swapped a GSR in a 96 ek with tha obd2 a2 harness n was told that would work n to just stick with that harness but I ran into a few problems that I am not sure about 1 st thing is tha CPS sensor tha 1 on tha block has 2 wires but tha harness has 3 wires does anybody know what I need to do to make that work n also I am havin trouble figuring out what to do about tha sensor under tha manifold cuz this harness does not have tha plug for it do I need that sensor or will it throw tha check engine light any help would be greatly appreciated

For the CKF (it's not the CPS) sensor by the crank:

The sensor under the manifold is for the IABs, it won't throw a code but your intake butterflies will always be open causing the loss if some low end torque. There's also some other wiring involved as well (IAT, IACV, VTEC, knock, depending on if you are staying OBD2: second 02)
