yeah... so what did they say? any updates? they didn't tell you anything? what about your guy? the dealer? nothing?

 

they are giving me the run-around as they have been doing for months.

last piece of bullshit that they gave me was that gavin is in the US and will check with the shipper when he gets back.

my guy is pissed off because gavin's making him look bad ... which is pretty true

 

since gavin's in the u.s., where is he? find him and beat his ***!

the thought -had- come to mind... he said that and now he's not responding to emails, since he's "in the US"

however, I don't actually believe he's in the US ... I think he's just stalling.

I just typed in flashoptions in yahoo and got like 738942794732 threads saying that FO are scammers ... I should have ******* done that before ordering my engine ...

You should have listened to countless members here on HT who constantly said "don't buy it, don't buy from another country" There are a lot of good suppliers here in the US. Was the savings of a few hundred dollars less for the swap worth it? . Now you will live with your choice.

flashoptions was one of the first sights i saw when i got into the scene and that was years ago and i wasnlt a part of any forums then...
but i asked around and found out that the prices were too good to be true..
such is the case with life...if anything sounds too good to be true more than likely it is...
but hold ur head up...

I highly doubt you will get anything other then an another excuse. Take your loses and get a motor from HMO, IAS, or PasswordJDM the only few reliable motor suppliers out there. BTW I hope you get a good motor and have less of a headache compared to FO=

 

don't give up man... i was where you were and eventually got my order. i'm not saying FO is great... nor am i saying they're scammers. from personal experience with FO, it just took forever. but i did get what i ordered. just keep trying and just learn from your mistakes and spread the word! FO's cool, if you want to finish your project 2 years later!

 

well ... I don't have another $5500 to spend right now (which is good) ... so hopefully the clip will come by the time I do. maybe I'll invest heavily on an n/a build
