Default EGR system.....if the old engine has it does the new engine need to?

God, I already think that I know the answer but I ask anyway.

As you all know the HX is the only civic with a EGR system, so please tell me that the B20Z has a EGR system. Or help me.

Thanx.

I'm pretty sure you can run it with no problems...no codes no nothing. The cel get's it's signal from the ECU...if the ECU doesn't know what an EGR is...then you'll have no problem.

I am not too positive about it cause the whole retaining smog equpiment rule with california.....this is gonna suck!.....Well, I guess that I will just have to build the fastest HX with a D16Y5!!!
