Default check out my throttle body mod

my 89 hatch has a motor swap to a d16z6. the idle surges on it it runs rich, and the vtec does not kick in on the throttle body there are to intake ports i am guessing are ran by the IAC motor but for some reason its not working right. blocking off most of the air to the one port makes the car idle great. the IAC motor in it is good. and the wires to it said its getting 12 v so why isn't it working?
is it safe to just fill it with jb weld and leave a small opening or is there another way to fix it. Email me at Ryans_a_Stud@hotmail.com to see a pic of the mod or if u have any info. thanks [IMG][/IMG]

I can barely understand what you are trying to tell us, it sounds like you have a vacuum leak, but i can't really diagnose it any further from what i have read.
