Can I swap a 2000 DX motor in my 96 DX with no problems?
Will I have any problems? Such as injectors, wiring, and the ecu? Will this be a simple installation or will I need another ecu and harness?

Some wiring harnesses changed in the 99-00 models. Not sure exactly which one's did, but you might have some wiring ahead of you.
