b20 ECU Question(s)
I'm doing a b20b swap in my 4th gen civic; and later a cr-vtec conversion using a b16 or b18 head.
I understand all components of the swap excluding wiring/electronics.
I've already converted from obd0 to obd1.
What kind of ECU should i get? Since i will not have vtec in the near future, but am planning the vtec conversion.
Also, the engine is obd2, and i have a b16 hydro tranny.
What else is required?
All suggestions greatly appreciated.

Since you said your car is already converted to OBD1, I would get anOBD1 PR4 from a 92-93 Acura Integra, OBD1 P75 ECU from a 94-95 Acura Integra, or use an OBD1 P06 from a Civic DX. If you run the P06, you'll probably want to use a fuel pressure regulator to increase the pressure a couple of lbs.
When you're ready to go VTEC, then you can run any OBD1 VTEC ECU (PR3, P28, P30, P72, etc.) with out any OBD conversion, you just have to add VTEC and knock wires.
