Default Help with my obd1!!!!!????

So I just bought an integra with b20 block and type r head. After getting it warmed up, I got on it and noticed no vtec. I pulled out the ecu and noticed it's jumped from obd2 to an obd1 p14-a62. Not too familiar with the brain side of the beast, why would someone put a non vtec prelude ecu in here and what options do I have or things I could do to go back to obd2, and or why stay with obd1?

The P14 is completely incorrect for this application. It appears that someone just stuck an ECU in there so that it would run before selling the car to you. You should look into either a chipped P28 ECU, etc. or a P28 with either Neptune RTP or Hondata S300. This will allow you to tune your engine properly and get it running correctly.
