Default B18C5 Wiring Swap Help - HELP

Want to swap a JDM ITR (complete swap off of hmotorsonline) into 97Dx. Buying engine this week, I need help with the wiring. Whats the best way to go? (OBD1 or OBD2). My plans for the car is I/H/E and suspension, thats it. I know the swap comes with a p73, and I believe that is obd2. So my question is :

OBD1 or OBD2? Which is best for I/H/E Car w/ no tuning in future

Which is easiest to swap into car straight up?

What exactly do I need to do to wire it (I know you have to extend wires, wire for vtec)?

Would it be easy to use a 96-98 Harness instead of DX Harness?

thanks to katman. im using that info for my swap. im doing the same one as you in a couple more months. if you dont plan on going any further I/H/E and dont plan on tuning it dont bother with the OBD2 to OBD1 conversion harness. if you want simplicity with the wiring then buy a 96-98 ex harness. i just checked with honda couple days ago and they wanted 259 for it. or you could check the junkyards. either way good luck with it.
