Default B18C into 92 Si -- minor wiring issue

Got the motor all done tonight. I read that you just switch A17 with A20 to make the IAB work. My car had no pin at A17 so I put A20 there anyway and the IAB still doesn't work.

Tested for continuity on the motor harness and car harness and everything's fine... applying power to the IAB control box makes it work, so it's not that.

Is my JDM P72 screwing with me?

Also... the circuit for the IAB is a YEL/BLK (12V) and PNK/BLU (I'd assume ground) but I get 12V at both of these locations.

Any ideas?
