okay, ive been working on an LS/VTEC build and its time to put the motor together and i notice there is no spot for the breather box. The one inch hole that is used for the breather box on the block is closed, and the "nipple" that is supposed to be at the top of the block right under the head is missing.

This might be a stupid question, but im guessing that i will not need the breather box anymore?? But how will the crank vent???

the newer ls's use only the valve cover nippple for the pvc. thats why a lot of people use the a1. there may be a crankcase issue in the higher rpms

also some people take out the allen plugs and use a catch can for extra ventelation
