LSVtec B18B1 PCV?
I have searched and found some help but nothing too clear. Maybe someone can help.
I have a LSvtec (B18B1 block and 95 GSR head) that I am almost done with but, I Dont know what to do with the PCV box. GSR and A1 blocks have a hole in the block for the box. My B1 has no hole. Some one hear said to to take out the allen head plug on the back of the block and use that. However the box will not fit with all the other parts in the way. If some one has a link or some pics of what I should do that would be great.
Or is there something else I can do? Do I have to have the PCV box? Can I just use a breather filter on my valve cover and plug the hole in the intake for PCV? I am not sure if that will get rid of enough crankcase pressure. Will this cause oil to blow out of the exhaust? Anyway I am rambling, Can some one help?
Thanks

Re: LSVtec B18B1 PCV?
Catch can huh. I looked at the endyn breather witch is a modded catch can. But I thought PCV was Positive crankcase VENTILATION. I did not know catch cans could vent too? I thought they just cought oil and returned it to the pan. If these do work which one do I get? And what do I block off or route to use the can?
BTW thanks for a quick reply

Re: LSVtec B18B1 PCV?
Well I am a broke fool
So I went to the auto store and bought some stuff to make my own breather setup.
I have fabricated my own breather box. It has 3 inputs,1 breather filter on top and a completely illegal drain. I will be draining to a bucket or the road when the time comes. I used honda prelude plugs on the back of the block, ran those to lines to the box. Ran a 3rd line from the top of the valve cover to the box. Now it vents all the pressure from my block and head.
I will take some pics in a day or two to show you all what it looks like.
