Post 93 civic dx - which ecu to run an LS/vtec

Which ecu I need to use to run a b18a1 with a gsr head? And is anyone running konig feather rims?

I am fixing to buy this b18a1 short block and hes got a gsr head that was on it but it needs cams and gears. I need some input please guys and gals. The whole thing needs rebuilt but Im only giving $100 for it with wiring harness. Any helpers? Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

An OBD1 ECU that's been chipped, it will need to be dyno tuned when the swap is done if you want the engine to last. P28, P30, P61, P72 converted P06/P05/PR4/P75, it really doesn't matter, once it's chipped and tuned it makes no difference what it was for originally.
