Just finished installing a b16a2 5speed into a 98 Civic HX auto. I used a 97EX harness and the problem is everytime I try to start the car, the fuel pump fuse blows and the theres no sound coming from the starter. Im gonna try using a different starter but Im clueless to why the fuse keeps going????

You have a short somewhere -- either a positive directly touching a negative (or the grounded chassis), or you have something double grounded.

Look at everything in the EX harness and trace back what wires you exposed and so forth.

Do not place a bigger amperage fuse in place.
