Default Unknown plug on block

i was looking through my swap to check vacuum leaks and everything else, and i found a rectangle 3 wire plug not attached to anything. im not sure what it is, and all oy my connectors are plugged form my harness. the block is a 01 sh h22. the plug is mounted on a bracket on the back of the block under the IM, is rectangular, and has 4 pins in it. following the wire, it goes underneath the block, but i havent been able to get under there and trace it all the way. i have no idea what it is... maybe cruise control? any ideas?

only thing under the IM that would require a plug is the knock sensor.

02 sensor is plugged in. it actually may be theknock sensor..... because i have an obd1 harness, and the knock sensor plug on the obd2 block is rectangle, and not round. thanks

ok, just got under the car and followed the plug. it is a 4 wire plug with red, blue, white and green wires running from it. its rectangular and looks identical to the other 02 sensor plug. the wires come out from the bottom of the timing cover on the driver side of the engine. my best guess is that its the other 02 sensor plug, which i dont need, but its coming from the lower timing cover, so im not sure. anyone have ideas or confirmation?

that is the crank speed fluctiation sensorl. if your going obd1 and already have an obd1 dizzy then just forget about that sensor.

in the obd1 cars everthing the computer needs is in the distributor,
