Speedometer problem.

It looks like the prelude VSSs aren't engineered as well as the D and B series. (I know the civics use 2 or 3 bolts to secure the VSS)
Anyway, a good friend of mine has the same quirky speedometer problem on his 94 Accord EX. Is it the same sensor as the lude's?
FYI, I have a good VSS from a 93 prelude S if anyone's interested.

I think that the D and B Series use cable VSS's I know when I was helping a friend pull the engine in his CRX it was. We have the electronic VSS with the speed sensitive steering. AKA more stuff to break.
yeah, up to 91 the civics used cables, but after that it's electronic.
You're right about the speed-dependent PS though. Those lines are a pain to disconnect when removing the tranny or engine/tranny... and messy too.
