Default Need to flush metal out of oil galley

OK, so I had to drill out and retap the oil pressure sensor port on the block of my B20A5 out of my 89 Prelude due to stripped threads. I ran a stainless steel hose to the firewall where I intend to reinstall the oil sensor for ease of access. I tried vacuuming out the metal shavings with a tube stuck into the center hole of the oil filter housing. I'm not sure if this would work though.

How is the galley routed within the block? Is the oil pressure sensor after the oil filter? Can I depend on the oil filter to collect all the metal? If I flushed that galley by pouring oil into the tube I installed, would that do the trick? Essentially, where would it come out?
