Default Best place to get vaccum for turbo setup?

Im just trying to learn about turboing and everything so please dont get all bitchy. Where is the best place to get vaccum for the BOV? like what line and everything. Also for the wastegate do you connect that to the boost controller and then to the port on the compression housing on the turbo? right? wrong? or is there a better way? Im just trying to learn everyone so dont get pissed off. Thank you.

Vacuum is vacuum. It's not going to be different at any other spot on the intake manifold.

Well, what kind of wastegate do you have and did it not come with a diagram?

I have a wastegate that opens up at 8psi. do you this the best way to set this up is to connect the wastegate to the boost controller and then to the compression housing to the turbo.

I have a wastegate that opens at 8psi. the way you set it up is by connecting the boost controller to the wastegate and then to the compression housing on the turbo right..

Yes i do have a external wastegate. but is my setup right or wrong? wastegate goes to boost controller and then to the turbo..which would be the compression housing right?

My wastegate is in my closet right now, but I think you will get much better replies in the forced induction forum. Even searching in there should give you the answer pretty quick...

Just line routing...I hope no one is stupid enough to try to mount the wastegate somewhere on the turbo if it is external

Since you are unable to take advice or research on your own, I have done it for you.

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2314835

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2292034

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2283106

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2236094

etc, etc....have some patience and read about the different ways to set it up. It is not YES or NO.

And it's compressor housing, not compression housing.
