If you want 400whp I would stay away from custom kits. Here is what I recommend:

LoveFab Manifold
Precision sc61 t3 turbo .63 a/r with t04e compressor housing (talk to mike at motormatrix.com)
PWR/Precision Intercooler (core measurements 24x8x3)
Custom 2 1/4" intercooler piping
Tial 38mm wastegate (or 40)
Hondata
Walbro in tank 255 fuel pump (minimum requirement)
HKS SS BOV or Tial
720ish cc injectors
MSD digital 6 ignition with hvc coil
NGK plugs, part number 3330

Also, after arond 350whp it is a good idea to upgrade to a larger sized fuel line

-6an or -8an feed line
-6an return
paxton/aeromotive fuel filter
stock fuel pressure regulator will work with hondata, however I chose to run the paxton adj fpr

That's all I can think of off the top of my head right now... Basically look at page 1 and copy all of what I have

Why would u stay away from custom? Id say go custom, get a manifold u liek which can accomidate ur needs(turbo size). Get ur piping custom done and get hondata/injectors/fuel pump/ etc. It'll be better than any kit i can guesrentee u that.
