There was no one in front of him for at least 3-4 car lengths. If i could start the bike up and walk i'd catch up to that car and do some serious damage to driver/car.

 

hmm, it looks like there was a car directly in front of the red car, look at the shadows on the ground in the first part of the video

Still 100% the red cars fault, but not sure if it was malicious. This happens all the time to me heading to tahoe with the passing lanes, im always first to jump into the passing lane and sometimes ppl do so also without looking behind them. They easily assume they are the fastest moving car, but really are not

You can clearly see the red car breaking and knowing that the cars ahead were quite a distance away maybe indicates he wanted the biker off his ***, but once the biker went to pass the red car he didn't use his turn signals or anything and swerved right into him, it'd be pretty difficult to assume the red car was going to try and overtake the cars ahead being that far away.

I noticed a lot of the comments were the bike was trying to illegally pass him, but the lines on the road say otherwise. Unfortunately this kind of thing happens, one time my buddy was lane splitting and some jerk off literally tried to swerve right into him...

edit: just noticed the shadow in the beginning of the vid there was a car directly in front of the red car.

 

After replaying it like 100000 times i noticed the red car signaled right before he turned as well. I guess wrong place wrong time for the rider.
