yeah, I just took my msf this weekend and even on their standard nighthawks it was far more comfortable to lean into the tank and bit so I could actually keep my arms relaxed

damn seat and bars were so low that i had to lock my elbows to keep my back straight

yeah it was fun and very helpful. I was boning out and shifting into 4th going from station to station

The one girl in the class was doing well, but ultimately failed the assessment at the end, she had the only drop of the whole 2-days too, fell on her leg at like 1mph

Lol. Nobody has dropped the bike yet. I was trying to get a knee down on the oval section haha.

I was the only one their with boots, a leather jacket, real gloves, and a good lid. I thought the MSF was supposed to encourage safety Everybody came in jeans, thermal tops, home depot gloves, and skull cap like helmets and they're BS'ing it with each other about their "gixxers" and getting pulled over and impounded for no license or insurance etc etc.

Well, all they tell you to bring is ankle high shoes, any type of gloves, long sleeved shirt/jacket, long pants and helmet is optional. They provided gloves and helmets on site. But ya i had a couple people saying they've been riding without a license and insurance.

lol yeah there were alot of bafoons in my class, namely one harley owning **** waffle that thought he was hot ****. The WHOLE time he was throwing revs in the line (he had the sweet mini-cruiser honda rebel with chrome pipes!), would try to answer questions all fast and cool

INstructor -"how should we enter turns"

**** -"accelerate in hard then let off slowly as you turn!"

instructor-

Then the first day/exercise, on learning out to get going from a stop. After the instructor explains feathering the clutch and what not, he goes on to add how you are supposed to throw revs with sound affects and all.

instructor-

THen he ended up just barely passing the course, lol maximum amount of errors

lol I was actually one of the only ones without a leather jacket on. Had quite a few cruiser guys in the group so they all came clad in black leather. Everyone had a full face helmet (Who brought their own)

Am i missing something here? Or is this an inside joke between members lol? Textile jacket, good gloves, and even boots. More than enough for basic freeway riding.

The way he dressed when he went down would be much more fitting with the title of the thread

A guy at my school has a prostetic from the knee down and rides a gixxer 600. He's even got a mount on the side for his crutches.
