Need to get out of the habbit of wearing jeans over the leathers. lol. I think someone wearing full leathers and boots would cause more of a commotion than someone without a shirt period and shorts. Not many around here rock anything more than a jacket unless they are on the track
Quick question, looking for some shoes to wear while on the street while commuting. Right now I wear ankle guards and shoes, want something better.

I don't care what people think. I was wearing them over cause its fawkin cold out and winter liners dont really do **** for warmth for me.
I was more or less getting at the fact that 90% of local riders have probably never worn the correct gear, probably wont, and probably wont ever take any MSF classes or anything along the lines of that to better themselves as a rider.

You said wear jeans over leathers, then went on to say that it causes a commotion. So I assumed you were doing it to not cause a commotion, instead of for warmth
If you are cold, I think the aerostich/first gear 1 pieces are a good route, or wear cold weather compression suits under (ie coldgear from under armor)

Ah, yeah. It gets like 60 during the day, but can easily get below freezing once the sun goes down. Kinda stinks but just gives me another reason to hate the midwest.
