That is the "Fuel System Lean Bank 1" code. Go to your Honda Dealer, or better yet, an independent import car repair shop specializing in Honda vehicles.

Try opening your gas cap and re-installing tightly (several clicks) first drive for a couple days and see if it goes away.

Error code P0171 refers to lean Air/Fuel mixture in Bank-1. The cause of the problem can be
1. Vacuum leak
2. Damaged Air hose
3. Leaking Intake Manifold
4. Exhaust leak between Exhaust Manifold and Oxygen Sensor on Bank-1
5. Clogged Fuel Filter.

To sort out the problem, you first inspect all the hoses including Air intake and Vacuum hose for any leak and replace the damaged hose. Inspect Intake manifold and Exhaust manifold for any cracks or damaged, if found damaged replace them. Check the Exhaust pipe between Exhaust manifold and Oxygen sensor for any exhaust leak and repair if found any. Lastly replace the fuel filter if found clogged.

To the OP, if you have the skills, follow the suggestions of jmarshall. The nature of your question suggested to me that you don't have those skills. But obviously, ignore the unhelpful nonsense posted by the big ***** above in post #3. I am referring to the childish avatar.
