yeah i could tell by the first pic that the dashpot was off.

so i dont have to remove the dashpot if i block off all the charcoal canister lines correct but remember that my dashpot is not the same as the one shown in the pic that TEMP posted if you look correctly so i think hats what ******* me up so should i remove it???

the dashpot is a GOOD thing. it looks like your vacuum lines are not setup right at all.

yeah i think so too ill double and post back because the dashpot that TEMP posted up the dashpot on there only has one nipple but mines has two by the way if cap it off would it still work??

dude, get the shop manual vacuum diagram. FROM THERE, make sure your lines match that exactly, you should not have any "extra" nipples that have no hoses.

ok ok ok here goes
i hope the pics are betta i adjusted the wire that comes from the gas pedal to the intake manifold i removed the dashpot bla bla bla you see the pic
and here is what i did!!!!!
charcoal canister still in
