you can use the whole efi system (unbolt the intake manifold from the head and take everything attatched to it)
you need to rewire the whole car though. you have 2 injectors right now, the new one takes 4. go to rywire.com and pay the 160$ for the conversion, then you just get the ECU out of the 93 EX, bolt taht in and plug your new wiring harness up. $$$ can do anything man........

thats the problem i dont have all that money, am planning on getting my parts in the junkyard or from friends, thats why i what a part list and write up to try to do it myself

you could just wire your car up for MPFI going here http://www.fourthgenhatch.com
and then add vtec via a Vtec controller or a PM6 ECU using the 1 wire vtec that turbo edit offers.
