Swapping D15 SOHC for D16 SOHC VTEC in 93 Civic
We have a customers 93 Civic Hatch with a 16 valve non-vtec D15 in the shop. His timing belt stripped and caused a Valve Piston Colission. So he wants us to swap in a D16 SOHV VTEC. This should be pretty easy and bolt right on the tranny that is in his car. I will probably need a ECU, Wiring Harness, and the long block. It should drop right in with no modification correct. If anyone can shed some light on this, that would be great.
Thanks!
Thanks!

If you're good at wiring, then a harness won't be necessary since you're only usuing an additional 2 wires for VTEC.

The ECU will work for the vtec the harness is there you just have to add the vtec solenoid wire and oil pressure wire.
