wtf is wrong with my f*n car... ok first my engine light goes on...my o2 sensor is dead, right? wrong..my dvd player dies, mysteriously as soon as the dvd dies, the o2 senser up and fixes itself because the light aint on anymore..what the f*ck is going on?!! any ideas on what could be wrong with the dvd, no loose connections, all grounds are perfect, all fuses are good to go... however now that i think about it, i never checked the reciever for connections..but the player itself should still turn the f* on right? grrrrrr i swear im about to sell this pos, its really startin to **** me off...

DVD player? sounds like whoever did this install was clueless, my first place to look would be the stereo, did he tap a wire for 12 volt? or something stupid like that?

dude?, i installed it, I used the regular cd player plug and made my own with a harness.. it works now the damn plug fell out of my reciever.. heh go figure.. we had a meetup out here w/ all our cars at a starbucks... i had my dash apart in the parking lot w/ a flashlight at 10pm last nite...this morning just for kix i checked the reciever..power plug was out..heh, i gotta put my dash back together now..

Take al the **** out dvd etc and then run your engine code to see what is wrong

sounds like you shorted something out or used the wrong 12v power source for your dvd player.
