Default wiring question

bought a 93 coupe with an 00 b16a2 si motor in it and they did an awful job....its slow as garbage and there is a plethora of random cut wires everywhere, so to make things easy i'm just gonna get a new harness....should i get a stock eg harness and modify it? or would it be better to find a 99-00 si harness and use that? my search didnt really find much help because all i found said "modify stock harness" and never said if an si harness was usable or not

get a 92-95 civic ex/si harness or 94-95 gsr harness. You cannot use the 99-00 si harness

whoever told you to go obd0 is a moron. your obd1...so get a p28 and chip it. find a good local crome tuner and you'll be set

i wanted to run megasquirt as a standalone but i dont think it will work to kick in the VTEC solenoid.....anyone know if i can piggyback it off the stock ecu and just use the ecu to kick in VTEC and megasquirt for the fuel and spark?.....tuning with megasquirt is amazing and requires zero dyno time

i just told you the best advice for your question. chrome is a cheap and good way to control any engine management needs. has alot of features that hondata does and even more. research before you make any dicisions. good luck
