Default When should i change my timing belt on my Honda Civic (again)?

Not sure if this is the right area to post this. I am not exactly car savvy.
I have a 1999 Honda Civic EX coupe. I bought it in 00' with 5k miles, I changed the timing belt at 99,000 miles. It now has 171,000 Miles. When should i change it again? I lost the Factory manual so i have no idea. If it makes a difference i live in Los Angeles. I heard different weather areas have different times.

cant see why they would need changed before 90k unless you have taken it off for service work then the recomendation is to change it

Change it now. Better safe than sorry. Do the water pump, tensioner, and accessory belts as well. Use OEM parts.

I'm pretty sure that is a 90k factory service interval.

I would start getting ready to change fairly soon.
