What wrong with my gas pedal
The gas pedal is hard to press.
Once i use a bit of a force, i hear a cut, and its fine. But after i let it go to change
the gear, its the same way again.

Dang, you're having all sorts of problems. Is this the Si or the EX? Oh well it doesn't matter. You check to see if the mat is in the way? Throttle cable snagging up on something?

maybe the throttle blade is actually sticking...try checking that manually, then work your way back one component at a time to the pedal; throttle blade, cable, pedal...whatever else touches it

Sorry to hear about everything that has been going wrong with your car, but was it insured? Cause you have been going through some problems as it seems, luckily some of them are the little annoying things and not major problems.
