What parts for head rebuild?
Well I think I just blew my headgasket last night so Im going to pull the engine out and start on my ls/vtec, but I think my valve seals are starting to go. So before i put my b16 head on a new block I was wondering if there was any way to tell if the seals are shot, and if they are shot what all do I need to rebuild the head. thanks!
Forgot to mention its a b16a2.

I personally have never had a big problem with valve seals....
But I always get new guide liners anytime I have any head work done. I would also get a valve job. The machine shop should tell you what you new, but anytime you hot tank your head, it's good to replace the liners.
My brother's work charges something like 130 for a "head rebuild", which is hot tank, valve job, and guide liners. You shoyuld be set with all of that.
